I often tell people that most of what I know about operating in the business world I learned while working with Nancy. I’ve learned how to be a better employee, a better co-worker, a better manager, a better leader and how to make better business decisions. A year and a half ago, after working at the same job for 26 years, I was laid off. After telling my husband and children, Nancy was my first call. Her guidance at that critical time was invaluable to me. I am now in a new position at a new company, and learning how to function in an entirely new culture. “Nancyisms”, as I call them, are the guideposts that assist me on many occasions during my business encounters.
